Experienced joiner

Background

Raphael completed his four-year apprenticeship as a joiner in Switzerland. After that he worked for another four years as a qualified commercial joiner in practical joinery. Currently, he is enrolled as a BSc Student in Architecture, Wood and Civil Engineering, at Bern University of Applied Sciences, Switzerland.

Role in the Cocowood Improvement project

Raphael's role in the cocowood project is to assist research in the design, construction and workability of cocowood flooring.

 Interests

Raphael has a keen interest in travel, skiing, snowboarding, biking and scuba diving.
